From working at the Rajasthan Milk Cooperative, to pioneering Rajasthan’s first private dairy under the name Lotus, Mr. Verma’s journey is one of relentless passion and dedication. His understanding of milk procurement, manufacturing, and distribution laid the foundation for Frubon—a brand that blends tradition with cutting-edge innovation.
In 2014, Mr. Verma was joined by his sons, Rahul and Rohit Verma, both electrical engineers with successful corporate careers. Rahul, an IIT graduate with an MBA from IIM, left a decade-long global banking career to return to India and pursue his family’s legacy in dairy. Rohit, after years at TCS, moved to Jaipur to immerse himself in the dairy sector. Together, this dynamic trio combined their expertise to create Frubon—a brand that has become synonymous with quality and trust.

Frubon’s success is deeply rooted in its relationship with farmers. The company sources raw milk from three major belts in Rajasthan—Sikar and Ringus for cow milk and Niwai for buffalo milk—with plans for further expansion. Currently procuring 50-60,000 liters of milk daily from over 5000 farmers, Frubon ensures transparency at every step. Farmers receive instant receipts detailing fat and SNF content through automated systems that store data on the cloud.
But Frubon’s relationship with farmers goes far beyond transactions. By providing high-quality fodder for cattle and celebrating community milestones like weddings and festivals with Frubon ghee—made from their own milk—the company has fostered an emotional connection with its suppliers. This trust has led farmers to willingly scale up production to meet growing demand.

In 2015, Frubon acquired land at Mahindra World City in Jaipur—one of India’s premier industrial zones—and commissioned its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility by 2016. By April 2017, commercial production began at this FSSC22000-certified plant equipped with world-class machinery and stringent hygiene practices. Spanning over 60,000 square feet, the facility boasts an impressive portfolio of 180+ SKUs of pure milk ice creams and 60+ SKUs of other dairy products.

While Mr. Verma brings decades of hands-on experience in dairy operations, Rahul and Rohit infuse global insights into automation and product innovation. From Mixed Berry Lassi to flavored paneer and Swiss-culture dahi varieties, Frubon has introduced products that cater to evolving consumer preferences for hygienic packaged food made from pure ingredients.

The brand’s distribution network spans over 40 North Indian cities within a 250 km radius of its manufacturing unit.
